STELVIO LOOP or STELVIO OUT AND BACK
98km 3300mt | 60km 2300mt

Straight out of the hotel, we hit one of the most iconic climbs in the world — the legendary Passo dello Stelvio. We begin the ascent from the Bormio side, a long and steady climb through tunnels, forests, and high alpine scenery. Near the summit, we take a sharp left turn toward the Umbrail Pass, crossing the border into Switzerland. After a thrilling descent into the Swiss valley, the real challenge begins: the climb back up Stelvio from the Prato side, featuring its world-famous 48 hairpin turns. This is cycling history — a monumental ascent that every cyclist dreams of conquering. From the top, we descend the original Bormio side back to the hotel, completing one of the greatest loops in all of road cycling. Stunning views, epic climbs, and an unforgettable day in the saddle.

MORTIROLO
78km | 1900mt

One of the most feared and revered climbs in all of Italy, the Passo del Mortirolo is a true test for any cyclist. Often referred to as the “most brutal climb of the Giro d’Italia”, it rises relentlessly for 10.5 km with an average gradient of over 10% — and ramps that hit a leg-burning 18%. This climb demands respect. It's not just the gradient, but the way it never lets up — switchback after switchback through dense forest, with barely a moment to recover. It's steep, narrow, and raw. But reaching the summit is an unforgettable achievement. At the top, you’ll find a monument to Marco Pantani, the legendary climber who made the Mortirolo famous with his explosive attacks. If you love a challenge, this is one of the greatest you’ll ever face on a bike — and one you’ll never forget.

FOSCAGNO & LIVIGNO
80km | 1900mt

On today's route we start by climbing Passo Foscagno, descent into Livigno, one of Italy's highest town and come back from the same way out. Stunning scenery all day and a high chance to spot some Pros as Livigno is a popular altitude training spot.

GAVIA & MORTIROLO FROM THE OTHER SIDE or GAVIA OUT AND BACK
105km 2900mt | 50km 1500mt

A truly epic day on the bike. Depart Bormio with a gentle valley descent to Ponte di Legno, where the southern ascent of Passo Gavia begins — a quieter, wilder route with stunning alpine scenery and a real sense of solitude. After summiting Gavia, descend towards Grosio, then tackle the Mortirolo from Monno — less steep than the classic side, but still a serious climb with sharp gradients and tight switchbacks. Finish with a scenic return to Bormio, legs heavy but spirits high. Two legendary climbs, one unforgettable loop.

LEAVING DAY & CANCANO
35km | 800mt

After breakfast, we set off for a rewarding morning ride to the Lago di Cancano, a hidden gem nestled high above Bormio.
The climb to Cancano is scenic and steady, featuring a stunning series of hairpin bends carved into the mountainside and offering sweeping views of the valley below. Unlike the more famous passes, Cancano is peaceful and less trafficked — making it a favorite among locals.
After the ride, we head to the airport for your return flight. See you next time! :-)
