Italy's cycling appeal comes from sheer variety within one country — high alpine passes in the north give way to rolling Tuscan hills, ancient Roman roads, and coastlines along two different seas. Few countries offer this range of terrain, culture and history within a single trip, which is exactly why Italy remains the spiritual home of road cycling.

Italy stretches from the high Alps at its northern border down through the Apennine spine to the Mediterranean islands of Sicily and Sardinia. Our Italian tours currently explore Lake Garda, the Dolomites, the Italian Alps and the white roads of Tuscany — each offering a completely different character, from turquoise lakeside towns to the jagged peaks made famous by the Giro d'Italia.
